Creator Helm provides a direct-to-consumer (DTC) marketplace designed to empower musicians and connect them with fans. The Service includes tools for uploading music, selling digital and physical merchandise, and engaging with a gamified XP system.

2. User Content and Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any and all content, including music, artwork, text, and merchandise designs ("User Content") that you provide to the Service. You represent and warrant that you own or have all necessary rights, licenses, and permissions to your User Content and that it does not infringe on the rights of any third party.

3. Fees and Payments

We are committed to brazen transparency. Our fee structure is as follows:

• NO monthly subscription fees.
• NO commission on your merchandise sales.
• We retain a twenty-two percent (22%) commission from all DTC Music sales made through the platform.

Payment processing for sales is handled by third-party services (e.g., Stripe), which may charge their own transaction fees.

4. Third-Party Services (Google)

Our Service uses Google and Firebase for authentication and database management. Your use of the Service is also subject to Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. As required by Google, you agree to comply with all applicable terms.

5. Legal and Liability Disclaimers

We are not attorneys or financial advisors. All information, tools, or content provided on the Service (including any AI-generated content or suggestions) are for informational purposes only and do not constitute legal or financial advice. You should consult with a qualified professional before making any legal or financial decisions.

Limitation of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Creator Helm, Super Funky Publishing, LLC, its subsidiaries, and its tools (like Gemini) shall not be responsible or liable for any errors, omissions, or inaccuracies in the Service or for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, the Service.

6. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service.
